Do you ship internationally?

We do ship to most international destinations.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all types of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) via PayPal.

How quickly can I get my order?

Please note, that due to COVID-19, many shipping companies are prioritizing the shipments and receiving of emergency and necessary medical equipment. This could mean that your package maybe withheld with the shipping company for an extended period of time which would lead to longer wait times and delays. We hope you understand, as this is something completely out of our control.

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days after placing.  Orders processed in the US will take 5-15 business days to arrive. For international orders, it can take between 7-20 business days for your product to arrive, depending on where you live.

How can I check status or track my order?

Customers will receive an email notification with your tracking number after it’s shipped. If you don’t receive any notifications, please check your “Spam” folder.

I did not get a tracking number, what do I do?

If you did not get a tracking number after 7 business days of placing your order you can simply contact us and we will gladly sort out any issues.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

No, you don’t need to pay any sales taxes.

What is your return policy?

We hope your purchase has exceeded your expectations and our company is committed to your complete satisfaction! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept our products back for exchange, refund or store credit within 14 days after the delivery date. Can I cancel an order?

If you want to cancel or modify your order, please send an message through online form as soon as possible within 12 hours.
